Quality assurance
Quality here is a routine, not a promise. Material is verified on arrival, tested in the lab, and signed off for batch consistency before despatch.
STEP 01
Incoming polymer is sorted and checked before it enters production, so a bad input never becomes a bad batch.
STEP 02
Samples are drawn and tested for flow, density and appearance against the grade you ordered.
STEP 03
Each lot is matched to the previous one, so your machine settings hold from one delivery to the next.
Clear grade identification, packing as agreed, and a delivery date we commit to in writing. If a lot doesn't match, we replace it — no arguments at the gate.
